Ecer has announced a strategic partnership with three leading automotive engineering universities—University of Michigan, RWTH Aachen University, and Tongji University—to advance the research and development of sustainable automotive components. The collaboration focuses on three key areas: developing recyclable aluminum alloy parts for lightweight vehicles, optimizing the energy efficiency of electric vehicle charging connectors, and creating eco-friendly rubber seals with reduced carbon footprint. The joint R&D team will leverage university laboratories and our in-house testing facilities to accelerate prototype development and commercialization. This initiative aligns with our long-term sustainability goals, aiming to reduce the automotive industry’s environmental impact through innovative, eco-friendly parts solutions. The first batch of prototype parts is expected to be ready for testing by the end of the year.
